A version of pong: there are about 10 I can name off the top of my head for the DS. The recent pong3d is not bad.
Clirc (although you might have better luck searching for c|irc), a top notch (as in better than my PC in many ways) IRC app (3 different servers, automated commands and much much more).
Tetanus On Drugs and/or one of tepples other tetris clones:

Flight from the dark/hyena. Adventure games are welcome here.
My suggestion: go to the DS homebrew news forum and sort by amount of replies: far from flawless but a damn good indicator.
