Hacking Best Homebrew Cart under $15?

I'm building a pure homebrew cart for a friend and was wondering which of the economy flash carts are the most compatible.
Want to use it mainly for apps; Animanatee, Colors, DSnotes, TI calc, DsDictionary, nitrotracker, ect.

M3 Real or Ak2, but in your case you want a cheap flashcart so Ak2 is much cheaper.

DSTTi. Always go with the cheapest thing. They aren't that different.

I'd actually say R4DS (GASP), their homebrew support was pretty good, and since so many people used it, people sort of were obligated to make sure it worked on the R4DS.

But I think most of the clones available (ie: all of the R4's you can buy these days) have poor homebrew compatibility.
