AKAIO. Haters can hate, but fact is, AKAIO is a breeze to navigate if you're not a chump. Plus a whole lot of options for skins.

Yeah, AKAIO. I don't really like the EOS gui for the SCDS2

Diificult to choose, since there a lot to think of -

for e.g. - of the menu's I'VE tried.....

• iMenu is a DSTwo 'plugin' replacement & NOT the 'DS Game menu' (The DSTwo also has different menus for different 'modes' like emulation/media etc)
  AKAIO is a 'DS Game menu'
  Moonshell/Sakura is a 'Multi Media menu'
  The N5/R4 '3-icons for games/media/slot-2' menu is a 'Mode menu'

But personnally, I would like all the DSTwo menus (that's my current card) to all match each other in operation & be like the iMenu 'scrolling wall of icons'

I'd be trolling if I said Xenofile...though it does beat everything else in terms of what it can do...in a sort of less that pretty way.
I've actually tried a variety of GUI's (personally and through video research xD) though I prefer things that are largely customizable...which narrows down the list to:
-iSmart MM Fishshell2 (All the Moonshell2 of Moonshell2...beta5 and some other things xD)
-EZFlashV
-DSTWO EOS (though the Start menu I don't like as much as AKAIO's)
-Possibly R4 RTS v3 though from what I'm guessing, it probably won't be as awesome as the other ones.
