Anyways, I'd say there really is no game on the DS with a perfect ending. So, no reply from me on that.

Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Rings of Fate. The best storyline on DS, touching and well planned. The end did made me cry.

Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. I somehow really loved the ending. Probably partly due to me loving the game so much.
