Hacking Best CFW for 9.2 N3DS?

What is the best CFW with most features for N3DS 9.2?
a link to installing/downloading would be nice

Depends on how many features you actually want / need.

If you only want emuNAND (only up to 9.5 on N3DS) and sig checks patched for CIA installation then actually Rei and Cakes will do ... NTR is a nice addon to them.
But if you realy need FEATURES as in function which are not FW related, then you can also go for the latest nightly of RXTools, which comes with decryption, xorpad generation and emuNAND creation function afaik ??? Someone has to correct me on that if I'm wrong.

You need RXTools decryption function to make XORpads for your 3DS ROMs, so you can convert them into a CIA file. Or you can use other apps like Decrypt9 to do that if you decide against RXTools to do the job.

You can play with 9.5 emuNAND online, but you would have to get the game updates as CIA from a different source, because you can only get them from the eShop which you can access from 9.5 anymore.
But afaik there is this Multi Free tool or something which allows you to access the eShop from a 9.5 emuNAND??? You would have to check on that.

Nope...for CFW users CIA files are the only format to play 3DS games. .3ds files are for Gateway 3DS and/or Sky3DS(+).

Nope...for CFW users CIA files are the only format to play 3DS games. .3ds files are for Gateway 3DS and/or Sky3DS(+).

Im about to download RXTools. Does my SD card need to be clean or something? I've got a lot of homebrew and android phone stuff on it

I would suggest you to make a backup of your contents on sd card and then format it

I have a quick question. the tutorial says this: Put 0004013820000002orig.bin in rxTools/data folder of your SD Card.
But in my downloaded folder i do not have a "data" folder inside my "rxTools" folder. Do i just need to create it?
