Beginner Wants Advice On Making Game

I want to make a tank duelling game for the DSi using devkitPro, nflib and the nitro 3d engine but have no idea how to do so. I have no experience with programming in C (which in hindsight is very stupid

) and using devkitPro. If anybody has guidance, links to tutorials etc. then please feel free to reply. Thanks for all the help in advance.

I got these errors when trying to compile one of the examples for nflib. Can anybody suggest what can be done to fix this?
