Sorry, i have no idea if this is the right part of the forum or if its even relevant but i have nowhere else i can think to go
My hacked switch has a bug right now where the battery is at 50% but i think its actually drained because when it gets to 100% then gets down to about 50% it starts to give errors and die due to battery

it shows weird behaviour like closing down with a battery symbol but then pressing the home button will revive but then a few more times and the battery fully dies

i have no idea how to fix this my only idea is just to leave it plugged in for a long time to fill all the charge but idk if it cuts off when it thinks its at 100%

I believe this is a result of me leaving my switch turned off and not touched in around a month

reason i put it in this part is my brain is leaning me to think it might be cuz im on CFW idk if this is normal behaviour for a regular switch

Try to do a battery cycle. Fully discharge and charge it again.
If this doesn't help your BQ24193 charging control chip is defective

Gotcha i'm gonna keep cycling because first time it died at 60% but this time today it died at 50% might keep going down cycle by cycle
