Hello,
I have a switch here that had a battery error.
In a survey, people talk about the device's charging capacity.
I changed the IC but the problem continues.

Does anyone know the cause of this and how I can resolve it?
Thanks

Ignoring that sloppy work, the fuel gauge ic is the thing responsible for measuring battery charge level.

Apparently you did change the wrong one, but this problem isn't exclusive to faulty components. You can try this fix here to resync your battery assuming its not faulty.

I can't do this tutorial because this battery error doesn't leave the console on the original firmware or emunand. the console thinks it doesn't have enough battery to turn on and won't let it start...

Well you can just replace your fuel gauge ic to see if that fixes your problem. Just make sure you order several of these chips because some Chinese sellers have tendency of shipping faulty chips.

I will try it! Thanks!
But, do you have the IC name?
Thanks

It's the chip sitting on the other side of the battery connector. Its a small chip with 9 balls.
