Found this over in the R4 Forums and didn't see it over here, so I thought I'd toss it up since not everyone checks over there. From the original post:

"Hello, thought you might like to try an app I made a few weeks ago:

This is a trimmer for Win32 with these main features:

- batch processing
- zip support (it scans inside of zips)
- recursive scanning (check subfolders etc)
- drag&drop (can drop any kind of files or folders together, they'll get sorted)
- detection of already trimmed games (they are skipped)
- detection of wifi enabled games, they are trimmed appropiately so online play works

It works in all 32bit windows platforms (from win95 to Vista)
It doesn't need install or .NET framework, just run the exe

Next version will have:
- .rar support
- command line options so you can just drag a file to the exe"

The program can be downloaded from http://techsuki.net/nintendo-ds-rom-trimmer/

Yup NDSTokyoTrim is a great trimmer, but keep in mind almost every trimmer will have wifi support, it's the download play that matters in my opinion.
