Gaming Batch convert BMP's

Hey 'Tempy,

Got a "problem",
made heaps of screencaps with fraps, and now i have a whole heap of BMP's taking 3 megs each.
i would like to know if any of you have a favourite converter you can suggest.
i know google holds many secrets, however, if there is one better than another, it be good to know... also, dont really want to loose quality, so probably converting to PNG.
