basehax does not work on 11.1.0, nor does some save data managers which explains why the exploit installer does not work because the exploit installer modifies the save file of the game.

BaseHax and SuperMysteryChunkHax can only be installed on 11.0 or below firmwares (even the 11.1 versión) due to PASRL. I recommend you buy Ocarina of time or FreakyForms for being your 11.1 entrypoint.

it works. The installer is the one that doesn't work on 11.1.

he says he has smashhax, so he has limited homebrew access. There is ninjhax (updated for 11.1), steelhax, freakyforms, ocarina of time, probably more I am forgetting.

The main problem is Cubic Ninja is TOO expensive nowadays and steelhax has not a boot rate as good as FreakyHax or OoTHax. :/

I guess you don't have CFW. Do you know anyone with a9lh installed? You could do the downgrade and install it for your console.

I am just naming off options. smashhax and steelhax are both hard to access in their own way, but steelhax, in my opinion is better than smashhax

BTW, I found a cubic ninja in gamestop for $20

to install it you would need another 3ds on 11.0 to install the exploit save. Do you have Pokémon OR/AS as cartridge or downloaded from the eshop?

so, you can't use another 3ds to install it. They might have installed it on 11.0 then updated to 11.1. Make sure you have the newest version of the installer.

You can install basehaxx on 11.1 firmware by injecting already exploited savefile using JK's Save Manager (existing homebrew entrypoint is required, obviously). Here is my tutorial on how to do that + collection of basehaxx savefiles (shameless plug, I know  ).

lol i was just watching that video...so if i wnt use basehax i have to use another save file or after the first use i can restore the original save file nad still use basehax? cause if not is useless..i prefer to wait for humblehax update...or find a ways to use smash hax and not redownlod always the update

After restoring the original savefile, basehaxx will be gone. To keep basehaxx with your own savefile, you can either:
    • Edit basehaxx savefile in PKHeX so that it matches your original one (may take quite a bit of editing, depending on your savefile)
    • Send me your original savefile and I'll install basehaxx on it for your console (ignore what I say the video, I'll do it free of charge for fellow gbatemper ;) )
    • Use a different 3DS, on a firmware below 11.1, access homebrew and use basehaxx installer on your original savefile.

Yeah, steelhax is perfectly usable on 11.1 and almost as convenient as menuhax used to be on 11.0. Probably the best secondary entrypoint right now.
