Well if you can burn a DVD of reflex, then try installing the latest neogamma backup loader channel under ios 249 (install the cIOS 249 if you already haven't) using waninkoko's wad manager.

If you don't want to do that, try Delta's solution.

whether you are using wanin's cios or hermes, that error you received has nothing to do with either of them, I received that error a few times on MWR and it was my router being a dick

Sorry for bumping:
I can connect perfectly well in all the channels like the internet channel, nintendo channel etc. now but no game will connect to wi-fi it says error 20100:confirm the internet settings of your wii
I have tried everything and my router is perfectly fine and all the channes on my wii can connect and everything else in my house can too like my laptop, ds and psp just ANY wii game I put in doesnt work

If i do the official 4.2 update what will happen?

I dunno if the safe updater installs stubs , but if you get the latest cIOS, IOS250 won't be overwritten, so thats one step less to do (restoring trucha in IOS36)

Check Mii Out channel
Wii Shop
Weather
News Channel

All work fine its just games that arent connection

Have you tried to pull the powercord in and out? / Switch WiiConnect off and on, and besides that you should try to visit a website with the channels.
