Hacking Ban switch and update game

Hi everyone,
Some months ago i got banned of nintendo. I succeed to put smash bros xci and install the 3.0.0 update nsp
But when i try to download the game update with the icon of smahs bros with the cloud icon update on it i get an error 2137.
My emunand is on 7.0.0 thought.
