Hacking Ban on wiped switch

Hey guys, recently i did a Factory reset on a hacked Switch. When i used CFW i didnt Go online. Will i be banned with a clean switch?

Yup you will! You will need to restore to a state where there are no traces left. A NAND backup for example.

Or just use nx-dreport, ive been hacking for 6 months now, always used nx-dreport and I'm still fine.

online as in playing games or just to update the system fw ?

Yeah, i did. Both SX-OS and Rei.
And wayyy before SXOS or REI implemented any kind of Stealth mode. NEVER INSTALLED ANY .NSP, just used some .XCI games.
My suggestion is, always stay OFFLINE when using CFW, if you want to go online use nx-dreport and original OS.
