Yes, there is always a risk.

There's ALWAYS a risk of being banned but you are probably 99.99% safe just doing that.

nah yeah you dont have a real risk, but ALWAYS you can get banned, but only saving and not loading, should be no problem. But loading is not very risky too, BUT THERE IS A RISK AND I DONT SAY "THERE ISNT A RISK ANYWAY."

If you want to minimise your risk don't load ofw via rcm. The devs have reported there's a flag that is set when ofw boots from rcm. That COULD be reported back
