As usual the shipment took five (5) working days to arrive.

You live in australia, if it had taken longer than a week to get it you would be right to compain

They usually tell you to wait 28 days for delivery before you complain. Living in Australia the home of bamboogaming you should expect it within a week.

altough bamboogaming is a australian shop, the stuf comes from hong kong, so.. Im not sure you should expect it in one week...

No. My mail came today but no R4DS was delivered or slip to say it was at the post office.

I just emailed them to find out what the story is.
