Badge arcade archive?

Yeah, those are false positives.
Those antiviruses probably don't like how the executable is packed, or something else like that that is similar to viruses.
Also, majority of those who detect it seems to be some obscure antiviruses, while the most reputable and popular ones like Malwarebytes and even Windows Defender (which is usually way more trigger-happy) say that the file is clean.
In the MroKrt8 folder, there is only 30 badges, but there is supposed to be 90 (I think). Why is that?

Older badges are inside the Badge Arcade itself, not in downloadable packs.
Check the spoiler in the aforementioned tutorial, the one that says "EXTRA: Getting badge data from the Nintendo Badge Arcade updates".
That part will explain how to get that last archive from NBA's resources.

Can these files be obtained after the online closes tomorrow?
 
Sure, as long as you have NBA's latest update, either installed on your console or as a .cia file. :)
