Auch, you are like me, I am on bloodthiners and I got bruised like a mango!
I might have pushed it just a little too far:

-24,000 power punches vs a bag in under two hours.
-cycling 25 miles in 1.5 hours.
-loads of kicking drills.
-weightlifting.
-very brief demonstration videos of takedowns, punches and kicks.
-Heavy Cargo Lifting (the thing was much heavier than the 115 dumbbell rows at the gym).
-a race on foot (I won, but the opponent was very determined to win).
-and to top it all off, some rashes and a bit of extreme hormones from having 16,000 mg of royal jelly in one sitting (the recommended limit is up to 4000 mg in some cases)

By the time I got around to working with the client online for USSR Math, I was sweating beads all over. Now, I cannot stand up straight; my back is crooked and spasming a bit. This should go away after a day or two, like it usually does.

But I really don't like the hormone rush. I was feeling very emotional, among...other things.

The payoff for all of this stuff is an enormous and permanent increase in speed, strength, flexibility, etc., but I almost ask if it was worth making me temporarily feel like I was smashed into a brick wall for these results. I might have to lay down for a day. Sunday seems like a good day to do it.

Some hormonal things are still in high gear, including loads of anger.

I really am like the people that raised me: getting into crazy situations and getting past them with a sense of humor. In their cases, they broke their fingers off or had a skull half-caved in and fully recovered from that while refusing treatment and continuing to spar for years.

Not my favorite morning, though the pain, redness, and numbness in my feet are all gone now after a few minutes of being indoors afterwards. I still ought to lie down for a few moments for my back spasm.

So yes, it was a bad morning for our temperatures and the sudden blizzard.

Update: I can finally walk around for more than a few steps again. I forced myself to lay on my back; most of the back spasm is gone.

There is no agony of the feet here: though they were completely numb and extremely red all over after the snow, they fully recovered in minutes.
