Hacking bad contact?

so we are a bit unlucky with all our flashcards. the first 2 legit r4's we had would get loose contacts after a shortwhile. after that i had a cheap dstt without problems
but later i bought a acekard 2.1 it was one of the bad batch one but that got fixed with firmware. (within that time dealextreme replaced it for me for the acekard 2 I one). so i gave my sister the acekard 2.1 but now you need to constantly eject it and put it back in to get it to work. is there a fix for this?

It's a common issue for many flashcart , the paper trick would help ..

hmm that trick could work. bit scared about getting that piece of paper in the ds slot. i guess it wil work as a temp fix. so time to get a supercard for my sister
