Bad Battery or something else?

My boy's switch today has started displaying a low/no battery symbol, right after it says there is 50% charge left.

I can turn the switch on, and it may work for a few seconds, but then the battery symbol will come up, blocking us out from using it.

I have managed to get into the Hekate Battery stats (attached). I don't know much about these but would this be a battery issue or something else?

Might have to re seat the battery to see if that fix it.

Those battery stats are no good. It is reporting higher capacity than your battery actually has. You probably need to replace the battery.
