I apologize if there is already an answer for this, but what the hell is the deal with the .NCA? I know that I have to get the romfs and exefs from it, but when I extract a .XCI I get 100+ .NCA files and don't know which one to use. Help? I've probably looked through all 20 pages of this thread several times already to no avail.

From another thread “if you unpack a XCI or NSP you get multiple NCA, these are the game files
if you unpack a NCA you get romfs(istorage)/exefs/manual/...”

Secure folder - the biggest one.

It works on most games with saves.

Saves still don't work very well, for example in Puyo Puyo or Touhou. I tested. If you send me an invitation to the discord I'll help..

That's the thing that is really confusing me. My largest NCA is only 30 MB... so if I am only supposed to get the romfs from this one file, how the heck does that give me the data for the whole game? Or am I looking at it from the wrong angle here

Explicitly states “the largest”

+ games CAN be very small. Which one is it? If it’s not a AAA title it could be fitting in those 30mb. Just try it

Who wants to do a mass Ignore of Dr. Doom? I don't see why he continues with this ridiculous fiasco. Using stolen screenshots as POF was his first mistake and now everyone sees his words as lies. If he actually showed PROOF then we would probably start believing him, but hes just getting attention like he wants as he laughs his *** off at people getting mad over his BS

It's asking for whatever it's asking for, probably the xci file aka game, it's a WIP so the programmer probably didn't bother changing the name to something useful.
