Hardware Backup Wii and GC Games with Wasabi

I have several original Wii and GC games - and two kids 4 and 5 years old. Want to create backups of my original games, and thats why I've Wasabi-chipped my Wii. I don't have a Gecko, and cant find any propriate LG DVD-drives to use.

Is there any other way to make these backups, like directly to the built-in SD-card-slot in the Wii?
