Hacking backup save files

hi guys, I'm currently playing Pokemon alpha sapphire (CIA) on my 3dsxl with gateway 2.7, emunand 9.4. Is there anyway I can backup my save on PC?

With savdata filer you can backup your save to the SD CARD

My question is, how do you backup saves for card1 games, that were installed as cia?
And are they tied to the system so you can't share them?

I prefer saves from .3ds, since you can share them, and easily recover them.

You can with SaveDataFiler too, you just have to find the game id.
