if nintendo limited the speed to 3x there's must be a reason, perhaps it's more safe for the hardware of the wii, less heat?

DVDs dont need to read at 6x speed thats why it reads at 3x speed, i think.

I think you need the key pair and passphrase to crack it.

the only way you can crack pgp is brute force it, as the algorithm is unknown. program call pgpcrack, but you are only wasting your time. at least we know its out there!

It's not the loader, and it's not going to be cracked.

Ya you could string systems from the u.s. to moscow and you aint gonna crack that algo, go to their website and read www.pgp.com .
