Hacking Backup Launcher 0.3 refusing to work

Thanks to HBC 0.2, I finally got it on my Wii, and have started my adventure into the Homebrew scene. However, I've hit a snag with Wiigator's Backup Launcher 0.3 gamma. I have the cIOS_Rev7 installed, the DVDx that came with the HBC installer package, and I'm sure I'm burning the DVD's right. Verbatim DVD-R, and I've tried just about every burning speed possible, using ImgBurn. Every time I try to launch the DVD, I get "DVD read error (324) no cIOS." I know that error 324 is apparently related to the DVD, but I think the DVD's should work. And, the cIOS has been installed. Any ideas on how to get this functioning? I have the 4.0U virgin Wii, haven't updated it. Thanks for the help.
