I have a Wii and a gcn memory card with data I want to access on Devolution on my Wii U.
How would I go about backing up my memory card and putting it into that .bin format that devolution reads when launching games?

Just did this a week or so back.

You use GCMM to make a raw copy of the memory card, then you copy that file to your PC and run it through some utility called GCPadder to expand it to the size Devo wants (otherwise it's usually too small), then you just rename to whatever your loader expects and copy it over (I don't know if it's the same for all loaders, but for CFG it's memcard.bin in the usb-loader directory (NOT apps/usbloader))
