I was wondering if there is an .3dsx or a .cia like JKSV to have different data backups for Amiibos??
I kinda want to use my Pink Wool Yoshi on Poochy & Yoshi's Wooly World but don't want to delete my Smash data on it.
I don't want to buy the Power Saves Amiibo thing because it's kinda pricey. Thanks!

Google unsafe amiiwrite. That could help. It uses androud phone instead of 3DS.

The biggest problem with creating/distributing a .3dsx or .cia for this is that it would not only be piracy in a sense, but directly violating the NDA. Afaik, there are no current methods of utilizing NFC connection for homebrew on the 3ds.

Well actually there is this Amiibo CIA tool:

And

But it's only.for Smash which I sometimes use.
I stumbled upon this through the TitleDB tab in FBI.
But nits only works for Smash.
It's not really a "save manager".

There's plenty of libraries that use NFC for the 3DS, heck even ctrulib does. Someone just released a prototype CIA that can read and identify an amiibo based on it's character number, series and ID. Works with both n3DS and with o3DS using the base. A backup and restore utility probably wouldn't be hard to make considering the existence of amiitool. Not saying I would know how to do it but what OP is requesting is not infeasible.

@OfficialBrony So far the only backup options are PowerSaves (only $14 right now, not that expensive) or an Android app for use with phones that have NFC. If you don't have an Android phone with NFC, then PowerSaves would be cheaper.

Well actually in Canada, the Power Saves Amiibo thing is 40ish dollars. But my phone is a S5 so it has NFC.
What application would you recommend??

TagMo can dump an entire amiibo and then restore it. It doesn't do a fancy job at naming, cataloging or easily sorting your dumps but it works in a pinch. The smash editor for 3DS can dump app data (which is what you want) but by your description it only recognizes smash amiibos. I'm sure it would be possible to alter the smash cia to accept any app data dump. Could even add in the Amiibo CIA's identification capabilities.

Is tagmo the app name??
Because nothing shows up in the play store

It's not on the Play Store, you need to side load it. It's here: https://github.com/HiddenRambler/TagMo/releases
I tried out the app.
I backed up my Smash data of Yoshi and then deleted the data on my 3ds to use with Poochy & Yoshi's Wooly World and backed up that data as well.
I can't see the to restore it because I get a key error...

Ah, yes, there's a key file you need. We can't share it here since it's copywrite but google 'Amiibo retail key pastebin' and you should find it.
