Hacking Backroundmusic format

I tried to convert an mp3 file into an ogg file with SUPER.
But it the usb-loader gx says its a wrong format.
how can i convert a mp3 file into a ogg file?
or someone can give me the right settings for Super (bitrate, samplerate, etc.)

I've use this service few time, and i've use to convert my mp3 to ogg to use with the loader, working fine!

I use Audacity. Just open up the MP3 in Audacity, then File - Export As OGG Vorbis. That's it!
