What’s the easiest way to backup all my Wii U save data at once?

It will only save Wii games if you installed them as injectibles (which means they show up on your Wii U menu) if you launch them through vWii I think there's a different SaveMii for Wii you use, if I remember right its' been years.

Edit: someone correct me if I'm wrong, maybe injectible Wii games still save on VWii, can't remember for sure. I abandoned Wii U several years ago and put the Wii U/Wii games on my gaming PC.

The OP asked for all at once but SaveMii only lets you save one game at a time though I do remember that.

I got it. I was able to back up both. My Wii games are installed on my external hard drive as wbfs and I use USB Loader GX to load them.
