i don't understand whats going on

nothing, i tried start too :/

you know, thats weird because now the md5 is different from the original ( same as the patched nand that i have on my computer tho )

it means that there is no error, i flashed the "NAND-patched.bin" and it has been successfully flashed

You can actually edit your posts if you have new information.
So did you make sure you used the right files for your system and OFW?
I am not actually familiar with the hardmod method, so the best I can do is basic troubleshooting. Which hopefully will help someone more knowledgeable when accessing the situation.

thanks for your kind help :)
idk why i have that problem, i even watched videos to see if i was doing something wrong but i don't see anything.
At first i thought my .firm was not the good one but i redownloaded the "2.54-0_11.4_OLD.firm" for 11.5 O3DS XL. still nothing ...

If you guys need a video to see what im doing, i can make it

Hello !
I tried with an other 3ds ( the o3ds non xl) it was a pain in the a** to solder but it worked and b9s and luma are now installed on it. Well, idk why that doesn't work on my o3ds xl...
