well we are all waiting for DQ9 but i don't think it'll be released till DQ6 remake comes out & i don't even want to think about how long are we going to wait to play it in english

& as everyone knows DQ4&5 never made it in the US market so i'd rather play those remakes than some new gay shitty RPG's

plus, IMO there is no RPG out there can compete with DQ specially in gameplay

Well they are better than most DS RPG's just that some of us have played these games to death, the 4th on NES & the 5th on the SNES (via fan translation). Though its nice to have them on the DS and for the 5th one to finally get a proper NA release but I'd rather have SE spend their resources on getting DQ9 done so I have a NEW story.

We probably won't see it in English until late 2009.

I agree with Hadrian I WANNA SEE DQ9 had enough of remakes after FF3 the only remake im intrested in atm is Fire Emblem.

Upperleft i advice you to play them right away if you can

DQ7 was the 1st DQ i'v ever played & it got me hooked in DQ like i don't know what & i can easily say it's the best RPG in PSone tho there are RPG's that have way better graphic than it but still the gameplay for it was so damn amazing

& DQ8 is the best RPG in PS2

i also have DQ4 in PSone & DQ5 in PS2 but can't play them cause they are in japanese but have bought them anyway

you won't be a true RPG gamer if you didn't play DQ

but then again that's my opinion & everyone have his own

well i'v never played them in NES or SNES cause i was busy with the shining force in megadrive those days "didn't have the money for SNES those days too"

but i know i will when it comes out in the DS

& can't wait for DQ6 since that's going to be the 1st time they remake it

as for DQ9 i know it'll kick ass but yeah we'll have to wait cause i bet SE wants to milk some money out of the remakes & then it WILL really be raining money for them from DQ9

just wait for DQ9 to come out & we all going to see some fucking crazy numbers in DS sales & in the game sales, i'm betting it's going to be so crazy that nothing will beat it unless DQ10 comes out in DS or perhaps DS2
