Feedback Avatar thumbnails tend to get truncated

I've seen 2 or 3 instances of avatars being broken on the site. There's one belonging to a new user which is broken only in medium size ("m" in URL), obviously missing data from a certain point onwards:

It looks like thumbnails get truncated for some reason. Removing the version parameter (timestamp) gets the full, proper image.
