AV Output not working

it is a AV output cable and it dont work on wii u but the cable isn't the problem since i tested with 2 cables one is a component cable and the other is the AV cable and they didn't work also both worked fine when teste in a regular wii and my wii u HDMI output works fine

This reply might be silly, but are you going to the Wii U's settings to actually change the display output mode or are you just plugging in the cable and hoping it works?

Ah, that's it then. You need to go into System Settings, TV settings, and change the connector type to non-HDMI in order for a picture to come out of the AV Multi Out connector, same as the Wii.
