I brought it day one, but $350 when other regions are far cheaper, while our dollar is stronger then theirs (the US for example).

We are being ripped-off, we shouldn't have to be ripped-off anymore, $60 games and $100 more for the system.

Regardless, it is awesome, I got an aqua one; I have noticed that your eyes can learn to see the 3D better without strain, and mine had a huge sweet spot. I really don't see the 3D as a gimmick, and was impressed with everything but the price tag.

Oh, I only got Lego star wars, which is alright.

We had the WORST line-up of any country as well, while paying more.

Pre-ordered OOT, cant wait.

There are some online stores based in the UK that sell to Australia a fair bit cheaper than Australian retail stores.

I foolishly bought my first game for $75 at JB HIFI at the same time as buying my 3DS. I'll definitely be checking prices at those sites before buying any more games though.
