With GW, I can choose the language I want to use for each game.
So I can play Smash bros in english on my EUR FR N3DS.

System settings -> language. If you want to play others languages (japanese, korean...), use NTR or HANS.

Install NTR-CFW: https://github.com/Shadowtrance/BootNTR/releases
And use language plugin: https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-language-emulation-plugin-for-ntr-1-0-2-2.386543/
You will need the 10.2 firmware.bin from the NTR folder in firms download inside aurei folder.

Ah, read the instructions on the commit. It's fairly simple:

Create a locales folder int he aurei folder. Then create a <title ID>.txt file, which should be three characters: First three characters are region, then a space, then the last 2 characters are the language.

If you want to test the region changing using Pokemon ORAS, you can make a locales folder with a text file for the the title ID of your game, then put the first 3 characters in the file as KOR. Put a space then put any language (I put EN). Select the region emulating on the latest nightly's menu and use this code to get a shiny Xerneas: TUE05PM

It work, i test with Zelda Warrior Legend and it work very well. May it work with all game ?
