Hardware attempting hardmod..need a little help..

hi, I'm from Malaysia and this is my 1st attempt at hardmoding a 3dsxl..

I get the blue screen error when booting with card reader, but my pc or laptop wont even recognize it when plug in...

here is the blue screen boot error:


and here is my sdcard adapter pin that I used:


anyone knows what is wrong with my hardmod setup? and I also have try 3 usb card reader.. none o them detected by the pc..

you need a specific cardreader for it to be read, the one that everyone recommends is http://www.amazon.com/Anker®-Reader...id=1456591880&sr=8-1&keywords=anker+sd+reader

ohh.. I haven't try any 3.0 card reader yet..maybe that's the problem..gonna have to find some 1st..

Follow him first before buying a card reader, he's right about your adaptor being incorrect.

yeah it will probably be fine once you fix the SD adapter, the o3DS XL is generally fine with most SD readers, its only really the 2DS/n3DS/n3DS XL that i would suggest just buying a specific card reader for

are you sure you soldered it correctly onto the board?

for n3ds use a transcend pk8 i think, pk7 works also

o3ds/xl should work with most card readers. even the shi!!y ones
