That has to do with ams-mitm. If the folder doesn't exist then he might have to try running the archive bit fix in hekate.

Do you have the latest hekate on that rcm loader? And when you get to the hekate boot screen, try going to "payloads" and select "fusee-primary"

thats the wierd thing. there is no folder with that ID. I only have the stock files that come with Atmosphere. no extras. Any other ideas?

Now I'm running into another problem. Everytime I try to boot into a game I downloaded, it says "Unable to start software.... Return to HOME Menu and try again"

Get the latest sigpatches for your firmware- https://github.com/ITotalJustice/patches/releases
Or maybe Auto cheats are enabled..
Try unzipping this file and copy to SD: \ atmosphere\ config

Also could be the game requires a Firmware higher than what your currently running...Update to 11.0.1 (Unless you're using SX OS chip- Then only to 11.0) But ofcourse SX don't need Sigpatches if using that.

I just installed the latest sig patches. I can't even boot up tinfoil. I don't think I ever enabled auto cheats either.

Going to Fusee-Primary still doesn't let me boot up the games I downloaded. Do you know how to fix that?

You need patches to launch backups which you can find here.
