Hacking Atmosphere CFW Cold Boot?

Do we know or has it been shared yet if the upcoming Atmosphere CFW will be cold boot or not. Typically most CFW's are but I would hate to assume that it is when its not. With the upcoming TX coming out I would also hate to see people waste money and worse off give money to TX for the sole purpose of not having to use a jig to boot into it. So sorry if this has been answered before but I could not find a solid answer on it.

You will need to run a payload every time u want to boot into Atmosphere, Fusee Gelee can't be persisent. There will be no coldboot option for a while.

Maybe it’s because TX has announced two versions and have stated you’d only need the dongle once to install?
