Atmosphère access to FULL RAM not working

I was using Atmosphère to launch Retroarch with full ram access. All I had to do was press R + Launch a title and it worked. But as of now it no longer works.... I googled it and looked on the forums but but I can't find anyone with this issue. Is my install corrupt or something?? I just did it like only a day ago and its been working flawlessly

Fixed: I just powered off my console and reloaded my payload and it worked.

Edit: now its not working again :l
Do I have to do a full power cycle and payload every time I want to use hb full ram mode????

How is your SD card formatted?
