Hacking Asking for help with downgrading 3ds on 11.0

In the process of hacking my 3ds yesterday I upgraded to 11.0. I understand there's a dsi softmod that can be done with someone else who has a 3ds on custom firmware. I was wondering if we could exchange the files needed over the internet. It's a lot to ask so I can offer $10 paypal to someone willing to do this if necessary. Needs to be someone familar with this process.

    i desinstalled adblocker chrome plugins, restarted chrome, but same result... do you think that can be due to my vpn?

    Some vpns do have AdBlock related software iirc but that's all I know

    my vpn is a personnal server and based on WireGuard. Not a commercial one. just pay 1.20€ for the server.
