Aroma installer does not show up ?

I have a ntsc j Wii U that I did region change with the help of the guide here
First aroma worked so it was not an issue then.
But to make a long story short.
I did factory reset everything seems working fine.
But the Wiiuexploit works but when launching aroma the the rocket icon does not show up and health app freeze

However it works if I try to install Tiramisu

But does anyone an idea what to do to make it work with aroma again ?

How did you solve the problem?

I'm facing the same issue after performing a region change. Aroma never autoboots I have to tart it up from web browser every time... and Health & Safety Application does not launch Aroma Menu but just the regular health& safety stuff,,,
