i have installed arm9loaderhax , and i want to installing an CIA file

Impossible to run the game ,

is it normal that I'm still 9.2.0-20E?

otherwise i can re-follow the tutorial , format console ?

Update, you can do that safely since you have A9LH

just update using Settings and try again.

A9LH + Luma + FBI, find the game CIA on the internerds and intall, or use CIAngel and download direct in your 3DS.

Some games require a newer firmware to work, just update through system settings.
