What do you think of these programs? Are they legit? Do you use any? What about that internet maintenance program, is that any good?

The security programs certainly are, I used a few of them before buying several licenses of Bitdefender.
I would recommend Avira AntiVir and Comodo for AV and firewall plus Ad-Aware 2007 and one that isn't on that list Superantispyware.

I use Avast!.

For optimization, I use Glary Utilities, CCleaner, Your Unistaller, JKDefrag, and Defraggler.

Perhaps about a year ago. But meh maybe thats just me. Malwarebytes Anti Malware works awesome
