Seems a little to good to be true, but I've read that there was alot of extra stock so who knows. That's why I'm asking.

The box is a genuine Dreamcast controller box that was used in North America Europe (herp derp), the controller seems to match as well, it has a blue swirl so I'd assume it's a North American one as well. Can't see the plug, but overall the set looks good.

Afaik the blue swirl was of european Dreamcasts (PAL) and US and Japan (NTSC) was with red swirl.
So it seems they got some offical european pads. Here at Ebay Germany u get thease for around 7€ (9$) shipped or with game for 7-10€.

You know what? You're absolutely right - Europe had the blue swirl, North America and Japan had the red one. Sorry, my bad, brainfart!

Either way, it is a genuine controller, it'll work on any system, it's just European.

That's fine just as long as it genuine. I've now made my purchase, could have got it cheaper but longer shipping.
