Gaming Are Switch 2 Consoles getting for using used Switch 1 games?

Going by that reddit post. The buyer bought a used game, got banned because it's been duped, then they got in touch with Nintendo, then Nintendo unbanned them as they should. So, what's the issue here? Some dumbass made a copy of the game and let that game back into second hand market, then an innocent buyer got hit with a ban. Somehow this is Nintendo's fault, OP? Totally insane.

If you're using MIG and do this or something similar then you're a dickward. Also, way to ruin a used game market.

As soon as MIG was released, I said my goodbye to the used market because that was the keynote in its discussions.

"You can banned by using Switch 1 used games that have been dumped and apparently you may he able to get unbanned if you contact Nintendo. But there is also no news if Nintendo will ban you again if you keep using those used games that got dumped."
