Gaming Are Pokemon Black/White EU saves compatible with the NA version and vice versa ?

Are they? Also, how do I make that the rom I'm playing is the EU version and not the NA version? Is there any program that can help me with that? Thanks in advance

Yes. I'd expect English carts are identical, Nintendo didn't localize this game for spelling differences.
