Hacking Are all gray Switches unpatched?

I have seen in Walmarts that they aren't selling gray Switches anymore. Does that mean that they are all unpatched? Thank you.

It can mean one of these two:

1) They have run out of grey switches;
2) They only bought neon switches.

No. Grey switches can be patched and if you're buying a brand new one from a store at this point it's very likely patched. If the box is all red it is definitely patched and if the box is red and white it's probably patched. You can check by looking on the bottom of the box for the serial number and typing it in to here. https://ismyswitchpatched.com
