sorry, i know this has probably been answered, but my searches in this forums have all led to topics about general code usage with Cyclo.

if i generate an .xml file, say, with Pokesav, am i able to use it with cycloDS somehow?

sorry i had never ever use a pokesav! so i am not sure how it works

if you know and capable of generate AR codes via pokesav
you can either put it in the form of .xml and import it by using r4cce or key in the codes directly to r4cce
    and
    save as .evocheats

anyway, are you using any cheat codes from any cheat database?
if no, then try download it from http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=154076

use r4cce (go to my signature - click here - ) there is a guide on how to use r4cce

i would say is pretty simple! on R4cce go to file - import - .xml
then the code should be displayed on your left
then go to file - save as - cyclo evo cheats

The best way to add cheat codes to the CycloDS is using TC's Evolution Tools software, which you can find on the page that their firmware downloads are located on.

Download that, and you can edit user.evoCheats files, including adding in your own cheats.

Generate the .xml file in Pokesav, then open the file using a text editor like notepad. Copy and paste the code(s) into EvoTools, save the file, then plop it onto your SD card and you're ready to go. Make sure cheats are enabled in the Cyclo menu as well, of course.

If you decide to try this, and need more help, ask as many questions as you need to.
