We just got done with the NTSC version ( http://gbatemp.net/threads/killer-is-dead-ntsc-xbox360-imars.353517/ )and the Japanese version had English for those with region free boxes. We will note it and carry on.

I guess some form of preorder stuff as it is also available for cheap on the PC.

Arcania.The.Complete.Tale.XBOX360-COMPLEX
Seems to be region free and something of a budget title/would be game of the year type thing (in this case of Arcania: Gothic 4) though most places I look it is being savaged by the critics for generally being an incomplete mess. Sad to see such a mighty series brought so low but that is how things go. It has also been out on the PS3 for a little while apparently.
