ROM Hack .arc.lz files

How would I go about changing these? Can't find a tool that can help me do it.

Hope these tool useful to you. I think dark.py and lzx.exe will help you to unpack repack the files.
most of tools use though the cmd.

edit 1:it's including some rom binaries. I will re-upload w/o these files. I'm sorry.

.lz is a compression type, you can use the program included in the previous post or use BatchLZ77. .arc is usually a archive file, and as such could be extracted (but in some cases it it image data for instance in the Professor Layton games on the regular DS)
